Condo Information

Our condo at Legacy Dunes,  is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. You will be afforded the use of  high speed internet, wifi, high definition cable TV and free long distance phone service anywhere in the US, Canada or Puerto Rico. The condo is also equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer. Our condo also comes complete with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware.  You will also be supplied with towels and linen for the beds. There is also a pack n play, and an umbrella stiller for the little ones, and a highchair will be made available at your request.

Our  vacation condo is located in building 6, third floor  at Legacy Dunes. This large unit provides 1250sq. ft. of living space and the 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit will comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. This open concept unit allows for plenty of room for the whole family. There is ample  parking right  at the breezeway that leads to the private entrance to this vacation getaway. During your stay at our condo, you will have full access to all amenities which is included in your booking.

This is a privately owned disney vacation condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. There is a $85 cleaning fee for all bookings. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation. There is a $200 deposit required at the time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We have a property management company, "SanCan Property Management LLC", that are available if you need assistance. They will be more than happy to help.
