Welcome to  "Your Disney VacationCondo" at Legacy Dunes Resort, located in Kissimmee Florida.  Legacy Dunes is located  just 5 miles from  Walt Disney World and is just a short drive to Universal and Sea World.

This spacious open concept 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the third floor . It boosts cathedral ceilings, and is very quiet with no other units above. Our condo offers two master suites. The first bedroom has a  full ensuite bathroom, king size bed, a large walk-in closet, LCD TV.  The second master suite also has a king size bed, with access to the second bathroom. It has a large walk in closet. LCD TV and is very spacious. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds,  a walk-in closet, as well as its own LCD TV for your enjoyment. Its the perfect kids room.

The living room and dining area  is open concept with plenty of space for dining which will accommodate 6 people. There is a full washer and dryer available in the condo for your convenience. Enjoy the  screened lanai where you can  sit back and enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a long day at the parks. Our condo will sleep 6, and also offers a sofa bed for additional sleeping if needed. We have tennis rackets, badminton rackets, basketball and pool toys available for you to use during your stay. We ask that you return all items to the condo so that they may be used again for our next guests.

Amenities:

This condo is conveniently located close to the clubhouse and swimming pool area of the resort with easy access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has two pools,  one is a beautiful tropical themed pool, a clubhouse, fitness centre, basketball, volleyball, a new golf cage area and new refurbished kid's play area. There is a BBQ area located near the second pool. All amenities are free to our guests . This is  a great resort for the entire family.
